ANC branch tell NEC to be consistent in step-aside application

By: ANCYL Collins Chabane Sub-Region
The ANCYL Collins Chabane Sub-Region calls on the ANC NEC which is taking place over the weekend, to be consistent in applying the step aside conference resolution on ANC members who  implicated and charged. We further call on the ANC NEC to restore the integrity of the discredited integrity commission.
As the ANCYL, we want to take this opportunity to assist the ANC NEC with some of the implicated Comrades, we understand they might have forgotten because of age and busy period.
We want to remind the ANC NEC of the Polokwane High court judgement against  Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, the high court judgment of fraud charges that implicated her in a tender irregularity while she was a Municipal Manager of Bapalaborwa Municipality.
In a Limpopo High Court ruling in Polokwane in May 2020, Judge Gerrit Cornelius Muller ordered that the award of the tender (No-19-2009) on 7 July, 2009 should be set aside and the service level contract, inclusive any oral amendment, should also be declared null and void and Muller further ordered that Minister Ntshaveni should pay the cost of the application and that the copy of the judgment should be forwarded to the deputy director of public prosecutions.
As the ANCYL Collins Chabani Sub Region we are in a position of the High court outcome which was handed over to the intergrity yet the Intergrity of Cde George Mashamba is not prepared to apply the same rule it has applied to other members of the organization because of factions.
On the same similar case, the Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane in 2018 has found both former sports minister Fikile Mbalula guilty of violating the executive members’ ethics code.
Cde Mbalula, who was sports minister between 2010 and 2017, was found guilty after a complaint was laid against him by DA MP Tshepo Mhlongo and the Afriforum Head of Anti-Corruption Unit, Monique Taute, in relation to a holiday trip that he and his family took to Dubai, the ANC NEC and the Intergrity Committee is refusing to act and we are calling on the NEC which is sitting this weekend to apply the same justice.
We also call on Eastern Cape premier Oscar Mabuyane to step aside for his moral degeneration conduct and several scandals hanging on him.
This conduct by ANC Eastern Cape Chairperson of government deplorable if not disgusting and it communicates a corrupt message to the young of this country that one can use their position of power to manipulate processes in their favour.
“This comes after another scandal in the provincial government of plagiarism concerning policy documents, which points to a culture of thuggery within Oscar Mabuyane’s executive.
We must applaud The University of Fort Hare for laying a criminal charges against Nigerian fugitive Professor Edwin Ijeoma who connived with Mabuyane to commit this crime.
This is the same Mabuyane who is alleged to have corruptly benefited from that the R450 000 paid by Mbizana Local Municipality towards the renovations of his house.
We challenge Comrade Fikile Mbalula to take the NEC and society into confidence, why did he approach the Guptas to borrow their private jet to bring Floyd Mayweather to South Africa.
We call on Oscar Mabuyane to follow the example set by Cde Pallor Jordan when it was found out he had fake academic qualifications. He must stop making noise about SG of the ANC and deal with the issue at hand: how did he get to do a Masters Degree without an honours?
