JOHANNESBURG- Today the 6th of August, leader of the Incredible Happenings Church Prophet Paseka ‘Mboro’ Motsoeneng emerged victorious over his legal battle against Absa bank.

The bank had taken legal action against Mboro over alleged non-payments. But the Prophet had paid Absa despite minor delays. However, Absa was quick to serve Mboro with non-payment letters of demands despite him making payments.

The matter was heard at the Joburg high court and it was removed from the court roll and Absa’s lawyers didn’t oppose.

“Absa took me to court and claimed I didn’t make payments since May till July. They took legal action after I settled my arrears which I deliberately didn’t pay to protest for the fraud and theft which was happening in my accounts ” said the Prophet.

Mboro said as much as the judgement worked in his favour, Absa must not forget they still owe him R2million.

“They have been unauthorized transactions of debits going off from my account. The bank must tell me who the beneficiaries of these debits are” said Mboro.

A very confident man of God said he will pray and hopes the issue with Absa will eventually be resolved and he will get his millions back.
